Care & Use:
- Head and handle: Wipe clean with damp cloth.
- Microfibre pad: Machine washable, see care label.
- Caution: Do not fill bottle with boiling water or bleach. Concentrated cleaning solution must be diluted to manufacturer's instructions to avoid damage to mop or floor surface.
- When using scrubber, take care not to damage surface of floor. We recommend testing on an inconspicuous area before use.
- Take extra care when cleaning light coloured and wooden flooring.
- When not in use, do not store water or cleaning solution in bottle.

Spray mop
"Great product so far, nice handle, sprays and cleans well. After ordering it was a long time coming and was damaged in transit, customer service were very good and ordered a replacement which didn’t arrive, they were honest enough to tell me it hadn’t been ordered so they ordered it, it arrived shortly after in good order but all in all it took just under a month to arrive, not great! However the quality as you would expect is good so it wouldn’t put me off ordering again"
A great mop with a short lifespan
"I love this mop, it’s perfect for cleaning our wooden floors and exactly what we needed, and when working it’s excellent. However, since first buying it in November 2025, we’ve had to have it replaced twice for the same failure. After around 4 months of use, the trigger on the handle stops returning to its normal position, meaning that the spray doesn’t work effectively anymore. Joseph Joseph have been very responsive, replacing the mop after each failure, but with the same failure on two mops, It seems that the design is fatally flawed. The warranty is only valid from the first purchase date, so I’m resigned to reaching the point where I won’t get a replacement and will have to look for an alternative, which is a real shame."

Water container falls off when mopping hard
"Good mop, the water container falls off when mopping hard. Could be designed much better, I've had to use cable ties to hold it on."
